Agency, freelancer, or subscription: which suits a small business
There is no single right choice. Each of the three models works well in one situation and badly in another. Here is what each is good for, including when we are not the best choice.

A freelancer
A good choice for a clearly limited task when you have time to coordinate the work yourself. It is usually cheaper, and you talk to the person doing the work.
- Plus: lower price and direct contact.
- Minus: one person is rarely strong at websites, video, and automation at once, so you often hire several and coordinate them yourself.
- Minus: if that person gets ill or drops the project, the work stops.
An agency, per project
Suits a large one-off project with many parts where you want one accountable partner. You get a team, but every later change is usually a new quote.
- Plus: a team with different skills and one accountable party.
- Minus: after launch, every change is a separate quote and a wait.
- Minus: prices are often not published, which makes comparing hard.
A monthly subscription
Fits when digital work never really ends: a new site, then weekly videos, ads, improvements, automations. You pay a fixed amount and choose the priorities within each month.
- Plus: a predictable monthly cost and one team for everything.
- Plus: no new quote for every small change.
- Minus: if you only need one small task once, a subscription is more than you need.
When to choose which
A small one-off task and time to follow it: a freelancer. A large one-off project with many parts: an agency, or a one-off project like Weakless Launch. A site, content, and ads that need to move every month: a subscription like Weakless Growth or Weakless Scale.
Whatever you choose, ask for a written scope, clear prices, and an answer about who owns the files. Those are the three things that most often cause trouble later.
Frequently asked questions
How is the contract signed, and what are the payment terms?
We work under an official 12-month strategic partnership contract, because real results — from market position and SEO rankings to a full AI autopilot — take consistency and focus. Payment is made month by month in advance, before each working period starts, against a tax invoice. The contract locks your monthly price with no increases and reserves our team’s capacity specifically for your business for the full year.
Does unused work roll over to the next month?
No. Unused work expires at the end of the month, which is why we plan each month together at its start.
