Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or submitting a project request, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide the following digital services:

• Website development and design
• E-commerce platform development
• FiveM server development and scripting
• Video editing and production
• Social media management
• Custom development and AI integrations

Pricing

All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but we will honor quoted prices for accepted offers. Final pricing will be confirmed in the offer document.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to start work
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as specified in the offer
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to our refund policy

Deliverables

All deliverables will be specified in the offer document. We will deliver work according to the agreed timeline and specifications. Client approval is required before final delivery.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as specified in each offer. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within the agreed timeframe.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary materials, content, and information in a timely manner
• Providing clear and timely feedback
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the project. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party claims arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
